The Finnish roots supergroup are back to keep it rockin’! We last heard from them three years ago with their debut record, ‘Turn Back The Time’…and now we’re being treated to a single with all the hallmarks of sophistication that you’d expect from a gang of musicians who’ve been doing their thing for decades across the Rock n Roll spectrum.

‘Wild Ride Tonight’ is the first of two singles that Hi-Speed Rockets have planned for this year, and it’s enough to whet your appetite for more. Smooth licks, a dash of Country-billy cool and dreamy, and a Buddy Holly style wistful mood – all cut with twanging solos and a clear love of the classic fifties sound – make for a compulsive listen that grows on you with each play through. We’re already excited for their next outing!
